    The UGF series equipment is used for the packaging production of liquid product as fresh milk, yoghurt, juice, dairy beverage, edible oil, homecare chemicals etc. with the adaptable plastic bottle containers made of PET, PE, PP, and depending on the hygienic level, both ultraclean and hygienic versions are available and it accomplishes automatically bottle feeding, ionizing dedusting, bottle sterilization, filling (weighing or flowmeter), capping and finished product transport. The closure method includes the pilfer-proof cap screwing or Alu lid sealing, the plastic bottle transfer could be made either by bottle neck or bottom to adapt to various bottle format, and the equipment has the function of one-key changeover so that the production changeover for various bottle format could be realized by icon on HMI. It is the best for the high-efficiency and low energy consumption automatic production.
